Good outcomes begin
with a clear process.
Define the scope, document decisions and make progress visible. Our approach aims to align teams around shared information and clearly understood responsibilities.

See the whole.
Follow every detail.
Every step on site is connected to design, procurement and programme. Our working model makes these relationships visible and tracks the implications of decisions for delivery.

At every stage,
consider the next.
Understand the brief
Record objectives, stakeholders and priorities. Consider site and operational conditions that may affect health and safety from the outset.
Define the scope
Define scope, interfaces and required investigations. Establish an initial risk register and distinguish assumptions from verified information.
Plan programme & cost
Develop a master programme, budget assumptions and decision schedule. Review risks and contingency requirements with the client.
Coordinate design & procurement
Track design interfaces, technical queries and long-lead items. Define material and workmanship acceptance criteria within the agreed scope.
Deliver & monitor
Coordinate scope-appropriate site inspections, health and safety interfaces, non-conformances and change control. Provide regular client progress reports.
Handover & close out
Track snagging, required testing and inspections, handover records and operating information within scope. Close outstanding matters through a documented process.
Health & safety
Identify site and work-package risks early, define responsible parties and coordinate safety interfaces throughout delivery. Statutory and contractual duties are clarified for each project.
Quality control
Define acceptance criteria and inspection points; track material, workmanship and non-conformance records. Required tests are planned around project specifications.
Risk & change control
Maintain a record of risks, assumptions and scope changes. Present potential programme and cost impacts to the client before decisions are made.
Regular client reporting
Share progress, cost, programme, open technical matters and decisions required within an agreed reporting structure. Frequency and content are established at the outset.
