This explanation describes the email draft function used on this site.

The form in this preview

The information you enter is not submitted by this site to a server, saved in a database or written to persistent browser storage. The draft is prepared on your device within the open page. You can clear the fields before leaving.

Email links

If you choose to open the email draft, the information is passed to the email application on your device through a mailto link. It is delivered to info@arconom.com only when you send it in that application. Your email provider’s data processing terms apply separately.

Cookies and third-party content

The site source contains no analytics, advertising trackers or third-party form service. Images and scripts are served with the site. Access and technical logging by the hosting service are separate from the form behaviour described here.

Information sharing

Please avoid sharing confidential contracts, identity documents or sensitive personal data in an initial enquiry. A secure method for exchanging project information can be agreed separately if needed.

Before enabling server submission

Before activating a server-submitted contact form, disclose the actual data controller, processing purposes and legal grounds, recipients and any international transfers, retention periods, and the method for exercising data rights. This explanation should not be used as a final statutory privacy notice without those details.
